The High Life Update is an expansion for GTA Online released Tuesday, May 13th, 2014. High Life offers additional Weapons, Vehicles, Property options, and a new Mental State feature which significantly alters open-world game play.
The update also introduces some interesting tweaks, including the incorporation of a few GTA Online features in GTA 5Story Mode.
Mental State[edit]
Mental State is an expression of a character's mental condition based on recent player behavior and play history. Mental State comes in several tiers, and is indicated on the map by colors between white (peaceful) through pink and into red (Psycho).
Violent activity increases the aggressive nature of Mental State. Property damage increases it in small increments, while PvP activity quickly elevates Mental State aggression.
Killing players with an aggravated Mental State grants bonus RP. Icing Psychos has no negative effect on your Mental State, so you're free to clear them out and reap experience.

Property Changes[edit]
Players are allowed to own multiple Properties across the span of Los Santos. Several new properties are available, including new luxury apartment complexes. This includes the new ability to own multiple Garages, allowing players to hoard more Vehicles. Each player is limited to a maximum of two Properties.
New Weapons and Body Armor Changes[edit]
A new Weapon, the Bullpup Rifle, is now available for purchase. More significantly, Body Armor may now be purchased and used in batches.

Four brand-new Vehicles are introduced in the High Life Update:
Enus Huntley S: a Bently SUV type vehicle.
Dewbauchee Massacro: a mixture of a Ferrari and Aston Martin.
Pegassi Zentorno: based heavily off of a Lamborghini Veneno.
Dinka Thrust: a motorcycle that is similar to Franklin's default bike in terms on handling but with the appearance of a Bati-800.
A number of Vehicles previously available only in single-player mode are now a part of GTA Online;

Other Changes[edit]
